1. HOW DO YOU SHIP YOUR ORDERS? 

We ship all orders with our trusted courier partners—Scholar Ship Logistics (formerly known as Courier Express) for Metro Manila and J&T Express for provincial areas—so your beauty essentials get to you safely.

2. HOW MUCH IS THE SHIPPING FEE?

• Metro Manila: ₱99      
• Provincial Areas: ₱169

4. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is picked up by our courier, we’ll email you your tracking number along with a link so you can follow your package every step of the way.

5. WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE? 

Orders are processed during these hours:

        • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 NN
        • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM

Orders placed after these hours, on Sundays, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once payment is confirmed and your order is processed, estimated delivery times are:

        • Metro Manila: 3–5 business day
        • Provincial Areas: 7–15 business days

6. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is placed, it can no longer be canceled. We recommend double-checking your items and details before checking out, just to be sure.
