We make sure that you will be satisfied with all our products. Exchange of the following items shall not be accepted EXCEPT for those items determined to be obviously damaged prior to receipt of customer or factory defects:
a) Discounted products or products that are in promo.
b) Product bought and has already been used.

Please email us to report a problem with the product you have received. We will then send you an Exchange Form via email. Please fill out the form, print and send it together with your product/s and proof of purchase within 7 business days of receiving your Exchange Form for an exchange of the same item in a different shade or any product that we carry (based on stock availability).

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.

If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed. If not, then we will send back your item to you and you shall be charged with the shipping fee.

Only regular priced items may be exchanged.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
